FSSAI Direction: High-risk food businesses to undergo mandatory audits
FSSAI has directed high-risk category food businesses to conduct mandatory auditing by December 31, 2020. In August, FSSAI issued an order saying that high-risk category food businesses having Central licences falling under six categories shall be subjected to mandatory food safety auditing.
